Okoon helps merchants collect and display product reviews. Depending on how a merchant configures the app, we may process review content, ratings, product identifiers, product titles, display names, uploaded photos or videos, shop domains, and technical information needed to operate the app.

How we use information

We use this information to submit, moderate, store, and display product reviews, provide merchant administration tools, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.

Third-party services

The app may use infrastructure, database, media storage, and email service providers to operate core features. Uploaded review media may be stored with a media hosting provider.

Data retention and deletion

Review data is retained while a merchant uses the app unless deleted by the merchant or required by law. Merchants can request deletion of store-related app data by contacting support.
